During the whole buying process and as first time buyers we felt that Nertila Mousavi only had our best interests at heart and tried to protect us from any potential pitfalls. She gave us full reports on every aspect of the contract and highlighted specific areas of concern. She also ensured that we completed all the necessary documentation. Unfortunately I had to complain regarding lack of contact in the initial stages and a monumental error was made towards the end when they exchanged on our new purchase without realising (or checking) or mortgage offer had expired leaving us homeless for 10 days until resolved
