Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. Elliott and Annie have been excellent managing the conveyancing process for the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. This was not a straightforward process and there were lots of frustrations along the way but it was all handled very professionally. The communication from them both has been excellent.

Please don’t use this firm , they don’t deserve one star, no reply on the terrible service we received from them in February ? They were supposed to be looking into all the unhelpful and rude staff ?and problems that they caused! From sending documents from other customers private business to our selves and sending our documents to the wrong address along with so many issues that there is too many to mention on here .save your sanity and money .

This was the first time I have used a `remote` solicitor for an important transaction. Ellen and Shabana were great to deal with, friendly, approachable and regularly available throughout the process. There were the usual frustrations of receiving contact from the vendors solicitors, however, this is expected. I did hope that the process would have been completed weeks sooner, but I believe this was out of the control of Talbots Law. All in all, very happy with the service Ellen and Shabana provided.
