Our experience with Peter Clarke has been extremely positive. After dealing with two other letting agents over the years who provided very disappointing service, we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and dedication of the Peter Clarke team. It is short-sighted not to treat tenants well, as although they may only rent for a short term, these individuals could go on to use the services again, whether it be to rent, buy, sell, or let. In contrast, Peter Clarke has set a new standard for us. The entire staff are brilliant, especially Emma Zyko, who managed our property with exceptional care and efficiency. We were also fortunate to have wonderful landlords, which made our renting experience even more pleasant. Their outstanding service and dedicated staff have left a lasting impression.
