I dealt with Natalie Badland in the Kidderminster office. She was brilliant. Great service, always responded swiftly to any emails or telephone queries. I would thoroughly recommend her and the firm generally.
Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. They also included lots of helpful information and advice throughout which put us both at ease during the process! Have already recommended them to my friends in a similar situation!

Don't use this firm. We bought the property 2 years ago, documents were submitted to HMLR. In the meantime, we have been asking for the progress. Every time we got the reply, please wait, it is out of our control. This is completely understandable. However, 2 years have been way too long. I researched the HMLR summary report on the time frame. I suggested to Talbots that our case should be normal and it should not take longer than 14 months as suggested by HMLR. Reply from them was the same. I contacted the HMLR and finally knew that the submission was being cancelled by HMLR last year because Talbots never reply HMLR for two given notices to supplement information. And then the submission was re-submitted later by Talbots. However, we have not been notified at all! No apology, no explanation, just asked us to keep waiting and said it's out of their control. It was delayed simply because they DID NOT reply.

We have used Talbots for a recent possession order for a property. There fees were clearly set out and in our opinion were very reasonable. We found the whole process easy to follow and the communication between ourselves and the solicitor could not be faulted in any way. They kept us informed of what was happening and any queries we had were responded to immediately. They ensured all the paperwork required was in order prior to the court application to ensure no delay. We would definitely use Talbots again and recommend them to others.

Parvinder and Isra gave a great service and worked with very difficult solicitors on the buyers side to push our property to completion. Sale had fallen through several times and yet the team remained engaged and more communicative and helpful than any solicitor I've used before. Have to admit I was worried about using an estate-agent recommended solicitors but they were absolutely brilliant so I'd definitely use them again!
