I dealt with Natalie Badland in the Kidderminster office. She was brilliant. Great service, always responded swiftly to any emails or telephone queries. I would thoroughly recommend her and the firm generally.
Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. They also included lots of helpful information and advice throughout which put us both at ease during the process! Have already recommended them to my friends in a similar situation!
Barinder was great help, she was efficient and dealt with my house sale and any issues within a good timeframe, she dealt with any blockers abruptly and also many thanks to Asim for his support.
I can't recommend Jazmine De'Wolfe and Millicent enough. Purchasing two new build properties and selling our main residence with a long and difficult chain, we received an excellent service. Jazmine proved to be proactive, professional and informative throughout the whole process.

A seamless transaction with them after we established contact. I was dealt with by Mercy and `Rachel who both responded extremely quickly to my emails and calls. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I don’t really understand the point of the app. I sat in silence waiting for any requests but it’s not used. However that did not distract from the outstanding service from Mercy and Rachel. Thanks very much.
