I dealt with Natalie Badland in the Kidderminster office. She was brilliant. Great service, always responded swiftly to any emails or telephone queries. I would thoroughly recommend her and the firm generally.
Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. They also included lots of helpful information and advice throughout which put us both at ease during the process! Have already recommended them to my friends in a similar situation!
Barinder was great help, she was efficient and dealt with my house sale and any issues within a good timeframe, she dealt with any blockers abruptly and also many thanks to Asim for his support.
I can't recommend Jazmine De'Wolfe and Millicent enough. Purchasing two new build properties and selling our main residence with a long and difficult chain, we received an excellent service. Jazmine proved to be proactive, professional and informative throughout the whole process.

From start to finish the service that we have received during the buying of our house has been exemplary. There is a lot of paperwork to submit and at the beginning Jacob did a really thorough job and was always very polite in his email communication. Our solicitor Balqees was friendly but professional and worked hard to work to a tight timescale. She was always on the end of the phone or an email away. Also in my opinion they offer very good value for money. Talbots Law certainly took a lot of the stress away from the process and for that I am very grateful and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ryan has been amazing since he has taken over the process and completion of my property. I’ve never had to wait much longer than an hour or two for a response and he has kept me updated through the whole process. When everything went slightly wrong due to the buyers solicitors in the last few days he was really great and reassuring and I appreciate how much effort he went to chasing things up to get to a conclusion in the speed we did. Talbots law facilitated the sale and onward purchase of our new property and they really are second to none. Georgie, you really are a major asset to talbots and I wish you ever success in your career. Georgie liaised with all parties involved and dealt with every issue that was thrown her way. The communication from Georgie and her colleagues was fantastic come back to us very quickly on all matters. We didn’t shop around for a solicitor when initially looking as talbots were recommended to us and I am so glad we didn’t. COMPLETED! We've finally moved to our 'forever home' last week and chose Talbots Law as our solicitors which was a recommendation from our Mortgage advisor. Sharitha Grant was appointed as our solicitor. I have nothing bad to say, Sharitha and her team were really helpful! Suraj and his team from Talbots Law has provided me and my husband an excellent service while getting our mortgage sorted. We never met them in person and they are not even local to us but they have done such a great job. Always tried their best to provide us with updates and answers to any questions that we had. In 2016, I purchased a flat and hired Talbots Law for the process. Three years later, it turned out that Talbots Law did not complete the transfer Land Registry. Since then, I have been trying to contact Talbots Law to rectify the mistake, but without success. I engaged another lawyer to pursue Talbots Law, also with no positive outcome. I filed an official complaint with Talbots Law, which was acknowledged, and I was assured that the matter would be investigated. However, I never received a response to this complaint. It is now 2024, and Talbots Law still shows no willingness to correct their error. I am extremely frustrated as this has been ongoing for too long. I don't know where else to seek help, so all I can do now is warn others about Talbots Law's very poor service.
