The team at Talbots ensured that the purchase of our house went smoothly and progressed quickly. We were updated frequently on how things were progressing. The only downside depending on your view would be that they don't use any of the new apps for uploading documents so things have to be scanned, emailed and / or posted. The amount of work which goes into these things must go largely unnoticed so I am grateful that everything went without any issues or delays Highly recommended!
