Talbot's Law

Talbot's Law, in particular Emily Saddler were exemplary. Emily was very efficient, she always responded in a timely manner to emails and phone calls and kept us updated every step of the way. Our buyer and his solicitor dragged the process out to a ridiculous 21 weeks. Emily mediated between ourselves and the developer we were buying from to ensure they were always fully informed. In short I have no hesitation in recommending Talbot's Law and especially Emily Saddler.

The first few weeks were not great

The first few weeks were not great, we found it difficult to obtain responses to phone calls and emails. This however improved during the course of the process and our solicitor became very responsive and were called upon to mediate with extremely difficult solicitors who acted for our buyer. As a result the transaction took twenty two very long weeks.
