Selling and buying house through Talbots Law
I have recently sold my house through part exchange and bought a new built from David Wilson Homes. I used Talbots law for the exchange. Emily Sadler looked after the sale and Lauren Siviter dealt with purchase of new home. The sale with part exchange was a rather difficult procedure due to leasehold property and I cannot appreciate enough the effort Emily has put in to make it happen before the deadline.
