Ordering via Takeaway.com was an absolute cinch. Multiple payment options are provided as well, which is a big plus in my book. All in all, would highly recommend this service!

Order received in less than a half an hour and pizza was hot and delicious. Nachos were spicey and the cheese not melted; otherwise very happy. Would order again without reservation.

i loved it by the fact that it accepts paypal. which no one else does and it makes it a complete online order website. i would say better than Just eat and hungryhouse. takeaway.com shows takeaways which are offline but it doesnt stop customer from placing the order. so u guys should work on this.

Waited almost 2 hours for my delivery to then open the box to a cold pizza never again will I order from takeaway.com neither will I recommend to any relatives or friends!

Delivery was very prompt

Got email confirmation of the order, waited about one hour and called the restaurant. They told me they never received the order and gave me a contact number for takeway.com. Called, waited in the phone queue but when it was my turn they hang up, tried again and same experience. Guess have to go to the restaurant. Just not acceptable.

Well I ve ordered the food at 8pm and got it delivered at 9pm, knowing that the restaurant is half mile from where I live. The food was not as good as I was expecting, but looked clean.

If ever your stuck and hungry give takeaway.com a ring they even ring you and tell how long it will be, however 1 small holdback is the minimum charge of 20 pound to pay if your eating alone

Good layout, very simple to use and to understand. Fast and very responsive with a good range of payment options and fast food stores. Pay with "X" Amount is a very good idea, amount of times a takeaway has brought less change than I require. This way it never happens. The free call option is also something very useful and helpful to have what other sites do not offer.

Ordered the food online through the website restaurant never received order until I complained to takeaway.com and waited for reply, as I could not find contact tel number. So nearly 30 minutes later I was called and told my food was ready unfortunately the restaurant had been very rude and unhelpful so I went ahead and ordered from somewhere else .

No customer service skills. Waited 1yr for an order because they didn't ring to ask for my details and didn't bother informing us. Lady nice spoke to was extremely rude. We ordered direct from [external reference] and food was great as always.

I've ordered from takeaway.com several time and anytime a restaurant messed up and didn't deliver my order, the lovely customer service at takeaway.com made sure I'd get my pre paid money back and sometimes they even offered me a voucher. I mostly use this site for ordering a take away. The only thing I would improve is making shure restaurants offer good quality and service.
