I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

Got a email a few hours ago saying my account has been shut down went on my dash board to talk about this they have refused to give me a Pac code saying my account is completely shut down and there is nothing they can do they said i received a email 40 days ago letting me know this the email I received only said I have not updated my account and I still can not anywhere saying my account will be shut down and cannot get my Pac code I am furious as I am self employed with children in school do not use superdrug mobile I have now just ordered a SIM from lyca mobile first 3 months 1.40 then 6.99 got there cheaper and will probably treat you better disgusting superdrug mobile

Needed to order a new sim card as I lost my phone. Courtney was really professional, helpful and seemed like she genuinely cared about helping me out. I got a few of my details wrong and she stayed really patient and helpful. Made what was a stressful situation for me a lot easier! Whenever I need any help with my Superdrug Mobile contract I hope it's Courtney who helps me out again!
