Returning a SIM card
I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

Ask to switch to the discounted plan if existing customer
Really liking the current discount of 20% for the Unlimited plan, though I needed online help to switch to it as an existing customer, which is a bit dodge. But Courtney helped me do this today in a friendly and effective fashion :)
