Excellent customer service. The chat service is with a real person who knows what they are doing. My chat person, Michael, was extremely helpful.

I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

I had issue with calling and receiving calls from three network,I had a chat with the online customer service who was very good. Nazia was exceptionally patient within my issues and took me step by step and gave me good , professional advice. As my mobil was not adaptable with three network she even took the time to recommend selection of makes that I should look for next buying 😊🤗

I had a slight problem in ensuring I was signed up for the £7 per month 12-month offer that ran in April and Courtney was quickly able to ensure my direct debits were for the right amount via the chat function in my Superdrug mobile dashboard. Great service and quick response from Courtney in the chat, and in earlier email conversations. I've been with Superdrug mobile for three years, and have now added my father's phone to Superdrug as I'm impressed with the service, coverage and value for money! I would recommend them.
