Returning a SIM card

I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

I visited the UK from Canada for 1…

I visited the UK from Canada for 1 month and used the unlimited Data sim for this time. It was excellent. On my departure I contacted Superdrug to cancel the sim and customer service was excellent! Thanks to Mateusz for his help. Will use Superdrug again when I return to the UK

Shocking network ⸻

⸻ This has been the worst network experience I’ve ever had. Despite using a top-of-the-line iPhone 16 Pro Max, there’s no support for VoLTE or WiFi calling — features that are standard on most networks. I requested a cancellation of my number transfer, which your own online information says is possible, yet I was refused. This feels like a scam. Completely unacceptable service from what’s supposed to be a modern carrier.

Big problem? Solved now!

I was having a huge problem between my daughter and me on our SIM cards being mixed up. Thanks to the Super drug support I was able to fix my problem and now I can renew my SIM! Huge shout out to VINNIE who helped me fix my problem. Sabah Alnour
