I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

I recently lost my phone on holiday and throughout the whole process of pausing account, getting new sim and reactivating, the service received has been exceptional. Wait times are non existent and response from all advisers polite and swift. Its so refreshing, thank you all at Superdrug mobile.

I had to go on the chat to find out why I’ve had no service today. Mateusz was diligent looking into the problem and reported it to the technical department. I hope they are able to get my phone back working again soon.

Have been with superdrug mobile since 2021. They have been perfect with helping me with all of my issues (not that there were many), and never had a reason to leave. Unfortunately I had to end my sim plan due to me needing a new phone and not being able to nuy one outright. They have been very helpful with me leaving and have been there for every step. Courtney has been really helpful in that process with helping me with my credit refund. She was very professional and kind with all of her messages and made sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be coming back when I can buy a phone outright.
