Excellent customer service. The chat service is with a real person who knows what they are doing. My chat person, Michael, was extremely helpful.

I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

The staff have always been friendly, and very helpful, my wife and I get our medication from the Superdrug pharmacy in Walworth Way, The Bridges, Sunderland. Especially helpful are the disposable pill packs which I collect in a weekly basis

The customer service representative, Nazia, was very helpful and clear. Also helped to resolve the issue when I accidentally gave the wrong phone number when checking the account. Responses were a bit slow but I imagine they were working things out on their end.

I've just moved house and have no mobile signal on my phone so I'm changing my mobile network for the first time. Nazia was very patient and helpful. I had to resurrect my beauty card, which was linked to a very old email address and then import my old number. She sorted it all out very quickly and efficiently. The staff in the Maidstone Mall store were also great.
