I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

I have been with Superdrug since they started offering a mobile service, I use it both in UK and Europe and rarely have I had a problem with a service if there has been a problem they are easy to contact efficient and helpful to top it all great plans great value for money.

So I got charged twice when I renewed my mobile plan. I thought it was going to take me ages to sort out but I was pleasantly surprised to find my matter sorted in a few minutes due to proficiency which was given by COURTNEY who resolved my issue in next to no time.
