Having issues with my mobile data, spoke to Michael & he checked my postcode & advised me that there is network congestion in the area which has impacted on network speeds he also took the time to check that the settings in my phone were up to date which they wasn't so thank you for that., perfect customer support as always

Been with Super drug mobile for yrs I only had one problem
Been with Superdrug mobile for yrs only had one problem come Jan 2025 but was all sorted they are very helpful at Superdrug mobile just rung them today to get my phone number changed and Mateusz was very and helped changed my phone number in a matter of minutes. Hopefully there won't be any more problems
