Excellent customer service. The chat service is with a real person who knows what they are doing. My chat person, Michael, was extremely helpful.

I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

Quick and easy online Comms Unfortunately the problem couldn't be resolved due to a glitch with my email address. The userid and password didn't match, yet it was correct so created a new account, but then a vicious cycle went around and around saying, account already exists. CS, namely, Marta, Mateusz and Vinnie, worked very hard, even reset my password (twice) but even then it wouldn't work and I couldn't login to activate my roaming, 30 day rolling contract SIM. I now need to wait 5 days, but by then I'll be back in the UK
