I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

I’ve just left a web chat with Vinnie, who went over and above my expectations when I started the chat. He was polite, efficient and also helped me save £48 on my mobile plan this year - when you’re on UC & PIP, every penny counts!
