Excellent customer service. The chat service is with a real person who knows what they are doing. My chat person, Michael, was extremely helpful.

I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

I’ve just left a web chat with Vinnie, who went over and above my expectations when I started the chat. He was polite, efficient and also helped me save £48 on my mobile plan this year - when you’re on UC & PIP, every penny counts! I am so very grateful to him, and to the Customer Services at Superdrug Mobile in general - I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
