It can be frustrating . Offers come through that I think I’ve agreed to but when I check it’s often not the case. When offers come about not using any power for an hour - I turn everything off - but am then told that it made no difference. That’s frustrating

I found it easy to choose and select my new tariff. The only slightly annoying thing was that two days later I got a sales call from So Energy to renew my tariff but the operator very quickly corrected herself as she saw in my account that I had already renewed.

After several years of being supplied with electricty and gas by SO I have recently renewed with them. I have contacted them occasionally for help and have been dealt with politely and efficiently and the price is right. I just wish they could get my gas smart meter to work!
