I have been withSo Energy for sometime now, I am 82 years old and not very competent with new technology! I do like the presentation of the Company,s information although sometimes very fulsome and complicated! Gone are the days you went into an office and paid your bill with cash to the cashier!. I appreciate the fact you always get a response to any query you may have and indeed can speak to a human being. Elderly customers like that! I hope I have made the correct choice of contract. Sometimes it can be a bit confusing . Too many changes in fuel prices! Government Policy! I like being able to easily se nd my readings monthly to keep a close check on usage.

I have been with many different energy companies over the past 10 years. However I have stuck with So Energy for the last 2 years and have just renewed a another 2 year fixed deal. They have very competitive prices for their green energy tariffs and excellent customer service assistants. I would highly recommend this company.
