Just far too Noisy Other calls in background
The agent was very nice and helpful BUT it was awfully noisy - I could barely hear what the agent was saying because of all the other phone calls going on in the background - This very disturbing and really not very helpful as I am slightly hard of hearing and had to ask the agent to repeat herself several times
