Renewing with So Energy was very easy. I was provided with advice and all the relevant detail for me to make an informed choice. This was such a relief as I find it quite stressful to make decisions without all the information. So Energy administrators have been particularly good to me over the past year and I had no misgivings about renewing my contract with them.
