Great professional service from George and Gareth who put the client first.
Prompt and efficient
Property managed by Snellers and recently Shaun has taken a lead role as our point of contact. In the short time Shaun has been overseeing the management of the property, he has been efficient and dealt with matters in a timely manner. Snellers have proved themselves more than willing and able to go the extra mile for their customers. Their support and attention to detail during a challenging and stressful time as landlords has been invaluable. Any questions are answered immediately. Any issues raised are managed promptly. Outstanding service always
Always an outstanding service by everyone at Snellers. I have been using Snellers for over 10 years for renting two properties and now am selling both. Always excellent and professional communication - getting back to you fast and always very kind, and they are also very efficient in both managing properties, -throughout the rental period, plus providing thorough reports of the properties, when changing the tenants or selling the properties. Always a smooth process. They are professional and reliable with great negotiation skills- getting the price I ask for. Always a great service. I highly recommend them.

I've worked with Snellers for many years and as the staff come and go - there is always a consistently high level of service from the property management team - I'd like to give a shout out to Sophie, Olivia and Holly who have been a huge help and support as I've gone through a recent change over of tenancy .. its always a challenging time as a landlord and they've been very responsive and always have the tenants in mind in wanting to give a great experience.
