Great professional service
Great professional service from George and Gareth who put the client first.
Prompt and efficient
Property managed by Snellers and recently Shaun has taken a lead role as our point of contact. In the short time Shaun has been overseeing the management of the property, he has been efficient and dealt with matters in a timely manner. We hope this continues going forward and look forward to a long, mutually beneficial working relationship.

I've been an utterly satisfied Snellers customer for... 11 years now. Lisa Henderson and the Snellers team just get it right every time. I have found Lisa excellent
I have found Lisa excellent. She gets 5 stars from me. Helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and always cheerful and pleasant to deal with. Snellers would get the top rating overall if the service was a bit better from colleagues when Lisa is away. But I would definitely recommend them. Clare Kingston property owner

After a slow start, our new property manager was excellent!
I have been with snellers for just over a year now. We have had a few problems in our property which took some time to resolve however, Lisa was always very friendly and helpful when she became our property manager. She would keep in touch and was relatively easy to contact for a letting agent! Towards the end of our tenancy she has been amazing with everything, also some of the other staff around the office have been very helpful regarding our property!

Excellent Service and Understanding!
Iβve been with Snellers for almost a year now and have never ever had a problem with them. Compared to previous estate agents from previous homes, which were no help and not so understanding. One colleague called Matt has been more than helpful and very reassuring throughout my tenancy. I was going through a difficult situation and Matt was very speedy in offering his support so I could get everything quickly sorted. If there was ever a problem Matt was the go to person to get this sorted out. Out of my experience Snellers are one of the best companies Iβve dealt with. Thank you.
