Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, beautiful rental car and great shuttle service. Both drivers were really helpful as I was travelling solo with an infant. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy service
Shuttles came in no time to pick up and drop off, quick service receiving the car Left my watch in the car at drop off and they kindly sent the shuttle back to collect while we checked in our luggage

Recommend them to everyone who visits Auckland
My experience with them was absolutely amazing it was my first time with but my first time was in incredible amazing no rush they will get u on the road happy and the customers service was 10/10 best price for there cars, to my next trip to Auckland everyone I promised I will recommend them again but thank you ❤️🙏

Great deal
Great deal, and easy to extend my rental with a drop box available for my after hours drop off. The free shuttle service to the airport between 6am and 8pm is a total bonus.

Tried calling snap rentals to say I…
Tried calling snap rentals to say I will be returning the vehicle 1 hour later but could not get through on the phone line for more than 30min. Then I receive an email that I will be charged a 200$ fine as they could not contact me a day before my scheduled drop off date , which is an absolutely a lie. Why would you contact a customer a day before ! It doesn’t make sense. The only communication I got was an email. Somebody at snap rentals just trying to make an extra buck or does not aware of their bookings status.
