BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!
What a breeze this was getting the car with easy to sort insurance and even a ride to the airport with wonderful staff so polite professional and respectful. Definitely using snap rentals on my next trip!! 10/10

The communication is poor and Charged for after hours for both pick and drop
The communication is poor. As we are waiting at auckland airport with kids in the and being delayed to pick us. They shouted us not call again and again which is a shock just for the second call that they picked. They charged after-hours for both pick and drop which was not clearly communicated us. We find the interaction and communication horrible.

Quick and easy
Checked in early via txt with link which meant I only showed my license, signed the agreement provided a credit card and I was away. Staff were friendly both shuttle drivers and front desk. Our drive back to the airport was cool.

Staff friendly
Staff friendly, helpful, explained rental clearly. Shuttle ready at airport pickup, to collection office, then easy after return. Value rental, Carolla neat & clean. On return, advised hi beam flicking off intermittently (hope this was fixed), otherwise no issues. Would rent again from Snap.
