The friendly staff. We had a Mitsubishi outlander for 40 days and 5000km not the slightest problem

I've been a repeat customer of Snap and each time has been a breeze. Great car this time as well - hybrid Toyota so fuel consumption was very low!

Car was in poor condition, smelt like a wet dog - disgusting actually until we went to nearest supermarket to disguise it, Asian message played when car started and random , emergency / sos fault displayed when navigating which was frustrating. Price was ok but would pay more for quality next time

The company was easy to deal with from the beginning to end. Their customer service is excellent, honest and prompt. They were calm and patient and went out of the way to made sure we were also.

Staff were friendly and professional. Check In / Out was easy and stress free. I do recommend taking the full insurance for your own peace of mind as I overheard a customer had caused accidental damage to the vehicle rental

Hi, I've just returned our Toyota hire car after 2 weeks of travel in NZ.
