Got a car via transfercar which ended up being one from SNAP. Great experience—had a nice relatively feature rich car (adaptive cruise control, lane control, car play) picked up from a kind and efficient rental agent, and dropped off with an equally kind and efficient agent. Would rent with them again, and pay for it

Doing the booking over the phone and online was simple simple and quick as well as making payment,operator was pleasant and helpful,when i needed to extend my rental period was reassuring and made me feel confident for what i needed the car for fuel mileage also excellent overall id recomend rhe company to everyone no deposit no hidden costs...

Good car we hired reliable and economical but when we picked it up it was very dirty. Looks like it hadn't been properly washed it's whole life Inside wasn't so bad but it did smell.

Good service

The staff was great and the car was clean and VERY fuel efficient. We travelled from Queenstown to Christchurch and only had to fuel up a few times. The car survived the slippery wet roads while at Queenstown and Te Anau, and the snowy region of Aoraki.

really friendly team. so easy and simple that it seems unreal. no hassle. good value. we did have a bit of a hiccup with opening boot of booke vehicle but staff on-site were helpful enough. I tried to call their 0800 # first but it sounded like such a mission to sort out this way so we decided to just go to the hub to help it get sorted and it was easy as pie

Not in the airport but easy fast free airport shuttle through Snap directly during their opening hours. Hold money went back into my card promptly and everyone was really friendly.
