Easy pick up and drop off service and very easy to communicate with on the phone for any amendments. Great service

The car is a bit old and consumption is a bit high. The air conditioner for instance can't demistify the windows quickly while driving and the equipment for connecting own navigation is not available (android car)

Shuttle, close to airport, value, available vehicles. Some of the info on your documentation conflicts (christchurch shuttle is from an Auckland shuttle service). As a previous customer I would like the 10% discount applied without me asking for it. Overall we enjoyed the vehicle, the shuttle and the value offered
