I had great service from the time I booked. Staff were courteous, helpful, and approachable. I like all the documentation sent out. The driver and the staff at the office were helpful and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble for them to answer of clarify I would hire from them again. Thank you team you are very professional and friendly.

A great reception on arrival and a speedy transaction through the booking in process. The staff were excellent in all aspects of this procedure. The car was brought to the front a enjoyable the bags loaded for us. It was a cheaper car in the range but this did not detract from it's presentation. No problems occurred during our rental time and the return process was easy. Many thanks for an enjoyable trip to Christchurch.

The friendly team at Snap make the usually slow process of rental pick up surprisingly quick. They are good at what they do, from shuttle service to car hand over. In typical kiwi multi-task fashion, the shuttle driver loads/unloads/assists and then mans a check in counter, to keep things flowing. The Snap depot is close to the terminal (9 Manu Tapu Dr at time of writing this) compared to some similar companies, and now that the ‘in terminal’ hire car companies are no longer in the terminal building, but in an adjacent building across a series of paths and crossings, the shuttle inconvenience is less significant, though not nonexistent. You should of course allow a little extra time at vehicle return in case of unlucky shuttle timing, though my experience was perfect: park car, handover keys without queuing while my 2x bags were loaded, into the van and immediately away to drop point. Only suggestion would be slightly clearer instructions about where to meet the shuttle, and any back up process such as what to do if no shuttle in sight. Better airport signage (specifically directing to off site car hire shuttles) would help here. Maybe a photo of the shuttle van on confirmation email so we know what to look for.
We were supposed to pick our car up at 10:30am unfortunately our flights were delayed left and right and we didnt manage to get to Queenstown till 5:30pm. We rang to ask if we could change the time of pick up and they accommodated without hesitation, left our keys locked up for us and made sure our car was ready to go. They had been polite and accommodating throughout. Dropping the car off was fast and easy with no compliants, I would definitely recommend and ill definitely be using Snap Rentals Queenstown when needing a car. Car was clean and tidy. All round amazing. Thank you Snap Rentals for making that part of our trip that much easier. 10/10 👌
