Great and easy service
Great and easy service. Free shuttle service to and from airport. Directions are clear, Staff are super friendly, check in process very straight forward and fast. Cost of the rental for 6 days definitely moneys worth. Will definitely book through them again on my return

Amazing experience at snap rentals
Amazing experience at snap rentals. Cant wait to use their service again. Everything was extremely smooth and even though i booked my car a different location they managed to arrange a car for me. Great service!

Great option for renting at Auckland Airport
Loved my Snap experience - a 10 min walk from Akld domestic terminal (though they do have shuttle as well). Good value for money, nice weekend car and lovely service

Got us to where we needed to go
Car was a little too small for our needs even though we ordered a compact SUV. Was not super comfortable. There was one person working in the office, but 5 or 6 desks. Bottom line is we didn’t have any major issues with the car and it got us to where we needed to go on the North island.
