The after hours pick-up instruction is easy to follow. However, the after hours drop-off instruction is not sent to directly to the client email, which can only be seen as a small part on the board at the pick up location. It would be nice if there is an instruction or sentences in the confirmation or pick-ip instruction email explaining how to drop off the vehicle after hours.

It’s very easy to booked online. Price is comparable to other companies. Pick-up service was quick and the driver was really helpful and friendly. Got the rental car within 20minutes. No issue for driving during stay. Drop off was simple and convenient back to airport. Definitely will book again next time
