I was left stunned and saddened at the lack of basic compassion and professionalism at this firm. I had the misfortune of having to engage in conversation with someone call keran following an injury enquiry I made. After he got all my personal details that took forever he cut our conversation put me on mute but I could hear him and asked another work colleague to call me after an hour asking for the same details. I told her I already spoke to someone who had all my details and that I was busy arranging a funeral which was already mentioned in previous conversation relating to my injury. She laughed as she said how sorry she was. I called to tell them to cancel the enquiry I'd prefer a firm who didn't laugh at the misery of others.

I had a very complex case with slater and gordon due to an accident I had at work. My solicitor hannah bretland was my case worker and I have to say over the 6 years she stuck with me throughout the whole course of it. She was very professional with a can do attitude she basically got the best possible outcome for me and my family with what we suffered from the accident.
