I was left stunned and saddened at the lack of basic compassion and professionalism at this firm. I had the misfortune of having to engage in conversation with someone call keran following an injury enquiry I made. After he got all my personal details that took forever he
cut our conversation put me on mute but I could hear him and asked another work colleague to call me after an hour asking for the same
details. I told her I already spoke to someone who had all my details and that I was busy arranging a funeral which was already mentioned in previous conversation relating to my injury. She laughed as she said how sorry she was. I called to tell them to cancel the enquiry I'd prefer a firm who didn't laugh at the misery of others.
Filled in all the forms online . I hadn’t heard anything back so sent an email enquiring where my claim was upto . I then received an email to confirm my claim had been cancelled .. I then enquired as to why it had been cancelled . The reply was to confirm again it had been cancelled. I have sent another email asking why it’s been cancelled and still heard nothing back . Absolute waste of time.
