I was left stunned and saddened at the lack of basic compassion and professionalism at this firm. I had the misfortune of having to engage in conversation with someone call keran following an injury enquiry I made. After he got all my personal details that took forever he cut our conversation put me on mute but I could hear him and asked another work colleague to call me after an hour asking for the same details. I told her I already spoke to someone who had all my details and that I was busy arranging a funeral which was already mentioned in previous conversation relating to my injury. She laughed as she said how sorry she was. I called to tell them to cancel the enquiry I'd prefer a firm who didn't laugh at the misery of others.

Very Good service though it took bit of a time because of my prexisting health conditions but as a great proverb states “Patience' is a virtue” Thanks to Crystal Eaton and her team especially Fiona Flynn and Muskaan Singh who were always there and to put all the hard work and get the compensation that I should have very much appreciate it.Truly a commendable work
