I was left stunned and saddened at the lack of basic compassion and professionalism at this firm. I had the misfortune of having to engage in conversation with someone call keran following an injury enquiry I made. After he got all my personal details that took forever he
cut our conversation put me on mute but I could hear him and asked another work colleague to call me after an hour asking for the same
details. I told her I already spoke to someone who had all my details and that I was busy arranging a funeral which was already mentioned in previous conversation relating to my injury. She laughed as she said how sorry she was. I called to tell them to cancel the enquiry I'd prefer a firm who didn't laugh at the misery of others.
My claim has been going for 4 years and was getting no where up to the last year when hannah Bretland took over and I couldn't be more happier that she did from the moment she took over I was informed of everything and nothing was a problem always getting back to you and keeping you updated on all the information I couldn't of done my claim without her so if anyone else is going through a claim with slater and Gordon ask for hannah Bretland you won't be disappointed and I would like to say thank you hannah
