I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

We dealt with Danielle from Simply Conveyancing. Right from the start she kept us up to date on how our purchase was progressing. We couldnt have been happier with the service we received. We have dealt with very poor solicitors before, so we know what good looks like. Based on our experience of dealing with Danielle we have no hesitation in recommending them. Amanda Eyre was our Property Lawyer for the sale of our flat. She was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. She also spent hours chasing our buyers solicitor, who was extremely slow, to ensure the transaction went through. Even now, months after the sale and us paying Simply Conveyancing, she is still dealing with the management company and buyer’s solicitor as we discovered they had not completed all the necessary forms and payments. Ricky Francis, our conveyancer, was excellent. Responsive to emails and fully understood our reasons for splitting the chain due to extreme pressure from our buyer. Things moved quite speedily from beginning to end due to Ricky's diligence and professionalism. Ricky gets a 5* but the portal you use for keeping yourself updated with progress only gets a 3* as we had to continually chase up for it to be updated. All in all though, a smooth path to Exchange and Completion.

Our solicitor was always very helpful, returned our calls promptly when unavailable to take a call, and gave us every confidence that she understood all of our needs when completing both the sale of our property and purchase of our new property.

Angie made both the sale and purchase go about as smoothly as could have, and was on hand when I had queries. Generally very happy with the end-to-end experience. Only snag we hit was that the Thirdfort App was a little bit tricky to use!
