I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very responsive and helpful
Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Simply Conveyancing handled the transaction for the sale of my flat in London. Although the sale took an extraordinarily long time, mostly due to delays at HM Land Registry, but also complications as I was selling a share of the freehold, my solicitor remained focused and proactive, keeping me regularly informed of developments and liaising efficiently with my estate agent. Their portal is a boon, where you can easily log all the relevant property information and documents. Excellent service. I would use again.

Fantastic Service! From start to finish Jayde was extremely efficient and communication & updates were prompt and proactive. It is a very stressful process, purchasing your home, but I could not recommend them enough. We felt looked after and confident she was doing everything she could to get us over the line.
