Excellent Coveyancer
Ricky Francis, our conveyancer, was excellent. Responsive to emails and fully understood our reasons for splitting the chain due to extreme pressure from our buyer. Things moved quite speedily from beginning to end due to Ricky's diligence and professionalism. Ricky gets a 5* but the portal you use for keeping yourself updated with progress only gets a 3* as we had to continually chase up for it to be updated. All in all though, a smooth path to Exchange and Completion.
