I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Kerry had always been able to reassure and told it how it is. Thank you so much Kerry and your team in having looked after myself and Peter throughout this process.

Very poor experience.
A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but donβt have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.
The staff at Simply Conveyancing are helpful, friendly, polite and responsive. They kept us up-to-date all the way through the process of selling our house.
Really disappointed with the service that I received from Simply Conveyancing when I moved house recently. Very difficult to get hold of my solicitor on the phone, lack of clarity in communication, and as a first time house buyer, I felt like there was a lot of covering their liability rather than taking the time to explain to me what was going on. Lots of hidden fees and extra charges tacked on to the final bill, as well as my final bill being Β£11,000 wrong. When I complained to them mid service to give them a 2 star review on their internal: How is it going? service, I was telephoned and berated for my review and felt compelled to redo it out of concern that I would not continue to receive a good service. Really disappointing on the whole as Simply are not cheap. Maybe it was a one off bad experience for me, but I would definitely not use them again.
