I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Kerry had always been able to reassure and told it how it is. Thank you so much Kerry and your team in having looked after myself and Peter throughout this process.

Very poor experience.
A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Excellent value for money, good communication, available when required, no problem pausing the process at no additional charge when we lost one buyer and had to find another one, and helpful portal on website keeping track of situation, tasks, documents, etc.
I have not been communicated with about my sale. Lucy Wright dies not answer phone calls. Emails sent do not have full information. The buyers solicitors PCM solicitors Queen Street also have not done the work to complete a sale which was meant to go through on 30 May. The buyers want to buy. I the seller want to sell and both solicitors have not actioned it in my opinion effectively. I am now apparently dealing with Lucy's line manager Colette who I spoke to in desperation. I must say Alek Zegliski at firm who dealt with file in Lucy's absence was excellent
Shockingly unprofessional - do not use this firm.
I was recommended Simply by the estate agent based on their ties so it made sense to help keep the sale of my flat on track and use the recommended solicitors.
Cut long story short, they did not deal with my Freeholder status and recommended me to a sister company. 10 days later, the detailed forms I completed with Simply are still not transferred to the sister company resulting in delaying the process.
Utterly professional, efficient and above all else nice people to deal with. Kept us informed via multiple channels and always there when we needed clarification. Would recommend to anyone
I was always informed of what was happening. All questions I had, no matter what they were, were answered. If I didn't understand something it was explained to me until I did. At all stages I felt in control. The only difficulty I had that exasperated me was the online digital id clarification that I was who I said I was. However I have to say that the support I got to get me through the pain of technology use was excellent, kind and empathetic. The people I dealt with all seem to be the right people in the right place and want to help you.
Don’t trust these people with one of the biggest purchases of your life. Our conveyancing process was riddled with errors and oversights - when brought to their attention they point to weasel words in their T&Cs. Ultimately, after a lengthy complaints process, they did the right thing and refunded our fees.
