I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

My conveyor was brilliant very on the ball communication was excellent she did as I asked and got the results I wanted I would definitely recommend them it was quick too She was very professional and had a lovely manner I will always use simply from now on.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Communication from the get go has been terrible. From being told completely different things from one call to the next, 4 attempts at spelling my name correctly, not adding my husband onto the documents or account anywhere at all despite buying the house together to them downloading an app to put all of our personal details on, connecting it to our banks to be told days later it had all been cancelled & we needed to start all over again. Two weeks of work wasted & 2 weeks now further away from completion. I did however get my refund straight away when I spoke to a manager.

Danielle at simply was extremely professional and made sure that I was in the know of all goings on. With very difficult vendors/solicitors I think without Danielle this deal wouldn’t have gone through. Simply compared to my previous solicitor were very advanced and got back to you in a timely manner.
