I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

I dealt with a really good property lawyer who always answered my question and kept me up to date with how the process was going. The online portal was also easy to navigate and easy to upload all my required documents too. I could also book time slots to speak to my property lawyer which was an added bonus! Would highly recommend using these and I will be using them again when the time comes.

Our conveyancer was Kate and she was brilliant. Our sellers solicitors were horrific and Kate dealt with our daily emails and concerns without hesitation. Never felt like a burden or we couldn’t ask a question! Finally got us over the threshold of exchange after 5 months of waiting. The app was really helpful and we could follow along with the process of the house.
