Shockingly unprofessional
Shockingly unprofessional - do not use this firm. I was recommended Simply by the estate agent based on their ties so it made sense to help keep the sale of my flat on track and use the recommended solicitors. Cut long story short, they did not deal with my Freeholder status and recommended me to a sister company. 10 days later, the detailed forms I completed with Simply are still not transferred to the sister company resulting in delaying the process.
