Great in every department. Will do it again. Amazingly good organised.
All inclusive holiday very good. No hidden costs. The variety of tours was excellent and the quality too of a high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending Scenic.
We found the cruise disappointing. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, the room was kept clean and tidy and it was well organized. The food was good. The guides were all excellent. However pictures in the brochure were misleading. We only "cruised" for one afternoon where we could see the scenery we mostly travelled at night. Our cabin was also above the engine room and the bed actually shook at night. We thought we were booking an up market luxury cruise but it honestly felt more like a holiday camp. The photo in the brochure shows a couple at a table with space all around being served by a waiter. We were all crammed into the dining area with so little space you could hardly walk between the tables.

Almost all was great until the last day when we were left onboard until midday. No trips out were offered. We asked about whether there would be lunch on the last day and one of the very senior managers confirmed that there would be. But there was nothing at all If we had known we would have had a much bigger and later breakfast. A very disappointing end to what, hitherto, had been a good cruise. Thoughts ?? Chris Boyd

Scenic provide top quality all-inclusive river cruises. We have traveled with them on several European river cruises. The accommodation and service have always been excellent. There is a choice of three excursions at each location - all included, no tips etc. You just relax and enjoy yourself.

Beautiful Bordeaux.Diamond.1/7/23. It is unfortunate that this was far from our best Scenic river cruise to date. The ships' lounge furniture was old and mismatched, and holes were visible in the carpets, with an upgrade really needed. The standard of food, mainly dinner, was not Scenic standard, from a below par chef, together with the wine offered, likewise. Table service was extremely slow, resulting in cold food when it did eventually arrive. First come/first served - basic procedures, were not observed. The cabin was as good as always, the cabin steward too. Unfortunately, the Enrich on 4 July classical concert, needed to be more towards the audience as to the music chosen, not being from really unknown composers. We could mention other items, but we feel that it might become too personal. Would we cruise with Scenic again ? YES !! and recommend Scenic to friends and family.

The process of discussing with a member of oyur staff was wonderful and the order was placed. The member of staff promised to make contact wih me by the end of July to discuss and confirm staying before the cruise and the possibility of changing the flight status. Today is the 10th September and i have had no notification from Scenic regarding flights or adding hotel etc before the flight. I woould have given 5 stars had this been taken care of as promised. I will now make contact ttoday to try to sort thisout but I should not have to chase up your staff that make promises
