Great in every department. Will do it again. Amazingly good organised.
A great holiday company.
All inclusive holiday very good. No hidden costs. The variety of tours was excellent and the quality too of a high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending Scenic.
We found the cruise disappointing and misleading
We found the cruise disappointing. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, the room was kept clean and tidy and it was well organized. The food was good. The guides were all excellent. However pictures in the brochure were misleading. We only "cruised" for one afternoon where we could see the scenery we mostly travelled at night. Our cabin was also above the engine room and the bed actually shook at night. We thought we were booking an up market luxury cruise but it honestly felt more like a holiday camp. The photo in the brochure shows a couple at a table with space all around being served by a waiter. We were all crammed into the dining area with so little space you could hardly walk between the tables.

This is why I keep coming back .
Scenic as always provides first class River Cruises . Every aspect of the booking proceedure was so easy and the staff I speak to in Manchester are so helpful and friendly . Once on board all crew were all helping to make sure that all guests were well looked after and made to feel special . Tours were always well organised and local guides excellent . The standard and choice of food was really first class .

Everything was wonderful
Everything was wonderful, the crew were so friendly and attentive. Food and drinks, tours and entertainment all included were first class. Would not hesitate to use Scenic in the future. Our second River Cruise with Scenic and planning our next.

Cruise ruined by sub standard food
Everything was well organised, especially the excursions. Our cabin was adequate. Sadly though there was no storage for long dresses, skirts or trousers. The cruise director and her assistant were extremely good but unfortunately the food did not meet our expectations. The chef spent his time parading around the dining room and appeared to have no idea about quality food. He purchased poor quality, commercially made desserts from outside instead of producing them on the ship. Although meals were well presented the ingredients were of low quality. We have been on many river cruises but this was our first cruise with Scenic. Perhaps we were just unlucky on this cruise, but high quality food is extremely important to us so we were extremely disappointed and are reluctant to consider Scenic again.

Once you get to the spaceship; the holiday is fantastic, cannot fault anything; the airport experience leaves a lot to be desired, been on 4 river cruises never allocated enough time for connections, always end up either running for your flight and as in our case spending 12 hours at Charles De Gaulle airport as missed the connection flight to Basel

Scenic Antarctic
The staff and crew onboard Scenic Eclipse II were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. The experiences of seeing penguins, seals and humpback whales in their natural environment was incredible. Highlights of the experience were the Emperor penguins and parking close to A23a, the worldβs largest iceberg. The discovery team imparted so much knowledge and enthusiasm adding to the overall experience. Always ensuring that guests were prepared and kept safe during the landings to see penguin colonies and when kayaking or paddle boarding. Definitely an experience that will live with me for ever. The dining experiences onboard were also amazing. Definitely a 6 star experience overall. I would recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful Scenic.
Once again we have had a wonderful holiday with Scenic on our 3rd river cruise. All crew are like one big family and get on so well with each other and treat passengers like royalty, diligent, caring and very professional in everything they do. Nothing is a problem day or night. Already booked for next year.

Scenic cruises are superb.
We always enjoy our Scenic cruises as everything is thought out and prepared so that we can just relax and enjoy all that is laid on for us. This includes entertainment on the ships and visits off the ships. The crew are always friendly and helpful catering to our every need.

Great Experience
Beautiful ship.Bonus that we were able to board in the morning.Very efficient embarkation.Excellent staff.Beautiful room.Excellent butler.Disappointing that all restaurant options were fully booked.Poor entertainment.No provision to visit Dublin ,disembarked at 10.am,flight from Dublin airport not till 4.00pm.On the whole an excellent trip.
