I have travelled with RSD a few times and have never had a bad experience. An excellent way of seeing a country at an affordable price.
Went to Sri Lanka with RSD - fantastic countryside, amazing friendly people, good hotels and an amazing journey around the country in all its guises - one of the best trips of my life (I travel 10 mths a year) - why so good - people, no hassles of any kind going out, low cost economy, wonderful weather - an absolute gem of a holiday full of variety with something for everyone.
We had a wonderful holiday seeing so many UNESCO sites in Kosova, North Macedonia, Montenegro & Albania. Except for the last one, which was a little bit "Soviet era", the hotels were lovely with excellent food, very comfortable indeed. Our Turkish guide Gdoikca went above & beyond to help all passengers on her coach, even rescuing a hearing aid, which had fallen out in Cafe Mozart in Budva, Montenegro & organising for someone to drive it to our hotel at least 2 hours away so we had it before the coach left next morning.

Traveled to countries which I've never been to before and was unsure of. I had a great time and would highly recommend. A lot of travelling involved but worth it. To experience these places before they become too over crowded with tourists is the best time to go.

My recent trip to India, a 12 day cultural tour was amazing. It certainly lived up to expectations. Rajastan was stunning and our guide, Alok, made sure we saw everything of interest on the way. Very knowledgeable and interesting. The highlight for me was visiting a Krishna Temple during the Holi celebrations. Truly joyous. Our driver and co driver were patient and always helpful. Thank you RSD for a memorable holiday and good value for the money.

The whole trip was well organised from start to finish . The hotels were excellent and so was the food . Our guide Alok was extremely knowledgeable and provided insight into this amazing country , he even included additional trips not included in the itinerary. I will never forget the cow sanctuary ! The driver Viki was incredibly skilled and kept us all safe on the busy and chaotic roads . And Ravi the Co pilot made sure we had water and was generally very helpful . I am not too keen on visiting carpet / textile warehouses but i did enjoy the refreshments handed out during this , particularly the rum !!! All in all a wonderful experience, one I will never forget

Wanted to visit India for ever booked this trip with RSD was not disappointed. It was everything I hoped it would be. Alok the guide was without doubt the most impressive guide I have ever met. His knowledge about everything was second to non. He also added a few extra treats to visit some sites not listed. The driver and the porter also added too this wonderful experiance. Yes it was full on and tyring but worth it. Once again thank you Alok and your team memories to last a lifetime.

We went on the Enchanting Balkans Tour This is a very full on tour with 5 border crossings and you do spend a lot of time on the coach, but it is well worth it for what you get to see. Flights all OK, hotels probably more like 3 rather than 4 star except the one in Shkoder which definitely a 4. We did not take the half board option as we like to do our own thing, did not have any real issues in finding restaurants but if this is not your thing then the half board option would be better. There is a 2 cruise 1 cultural evening package that is extra, we had the option to pick 1,2 or all 3 when we got there. We had done 1 boat trip before so settled for the other 2, the cultural evening is very good but ridiculous overpriced as is the price of the drinks at the hotel it is staged at. Our driver was fantastic ( I wish I could mention his name ) he went out of his way to make the journeys as comfortable as possible. Our guide ( Hameer ? ) was also brilliant despite having some of the most obnoxious rude and awkward people you could wish to meet. They wanted more time here, less time somewhere else, to go of and do there own thing and be picked up later, stomping up and down the isle of the coach when our guide expanded he had to stick to the schedule which is clearly written in the brochure beforehand. Despite all of this he did his best to try and keep everyone happy, but for some nothing was ever good enough. To end I would definitely book with RSD again and just hope the people on the next tour are better than a few on this one who despite there best efforts did not ruin the tour for the rest of us

We did the Cultural Tour of the Balkans with this company 20 - 27th Feb this year, This holiday was amazing value for money. The Guide and driver, exceptional. Gokge, our Guide, as so knowledgeable, friendly (with an infectious laugh), polite and courteous at all times. Ivan, the driver was fabulous too, The sights were amazing, hotel/food great too. The only downside was the length of time on coaches, sometimes we drove through places, eg Shkondra to get to an Albanian hotel, only to go back to Shkonra later in the week. We would definitely book again and would highly recommend your company

Just done a trip to India with RSD. Although the holiday was fast pace we saw so much. It was an eye opener made much better with a very informative guide. Alok Tripathi was in deed a great ambassador for the company who went out of his way to ensure that all people on the trip got the best.

Recently returned from our 4th fantastic RSD holiday. Sensational historical sites, stunning hotels, very knowledgeable and helpful local guides, altogether excellent value for money. Rhodes and The Aegean this last fortnight, with superb weather; even better than expected for the time of year. So many new friendships created with fellow travellers. Totally recommended. India here we come!

Just returned from an amazing trip to India. Beautiful place and beautiful people, so friendly. This was my third trip with RSD and the first for my husband. We're about to book another. Alok our guide was fabulous, and went above and beyond to ensure we all had a great time. He added many extra items to the itinerary, including a very enlightening visit to a sacred cow hospital. He was incredibly knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. An exceptional guide who made the holiday very special. The first and last hotels were ok, but all the rest were really good, including a couple of fabulous ones. Good buffet food and the chefs were able to accommodate those not so keen on spices if you asked them. The trip was full on and you need to be physically mobile. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you Alok, Vicky and Ravi for making it so special.
