I been dealing with Red Rock for some time now. So my experience is not just of one occasion. First of all there is expected dedicated property manager. We had a Gareth before and he was responsive and great to deal with. Since he left service went downhill drastically. New manager name of Hitesh came , literally could not be bothered to call or make any form of contact - which makes me think what he does on day to day basis if he’s not contacting leaseholders. Then I dealt with Stacey who was responsive but somewhat sketchy in providing information. So for a insurance policy of worth £800 we have nee. Charged £200 for not paying on time. We were told invoices were sent in may and June which we never received and finally email came in July which I promptly paid. So I challenged the company 3 weeks ago to email me the letters and the insurance policy which still hasn’t been sent. In the current climate where restaurants are struggling to pay bills and wages we are dealing with day light robbers who are demanding money for late payment for which no invoices were sent and who are not even sending requested information for 3 weeks now! Hypocrites? Or this is a typical management company with no regulation and are demanding and pushing there internal policies on high street businesses and not been providing a service , regardless we are pursuing this further with the local business’s and ombudsman and will make sure they are exposed.
